By connecting to the GPS network, the new Astron adjusts at the touch of a button to your time zone*2 and, by taking all the energy it needs from light alone, never needs a battery change.

*2 For the time zone information of your caliber, please refer to here. If there are changes in the region/time zone, manual time zone selection may be required.

The watch adjusts automatically to the exact time. If it can see the sky, it will connect with one or more GPS satellites and re-set the time, if needed, to a precision of one second every 100,000 years*3.

*3 Automatic time adjustments occur once daily with 8X Series, twice daily with 3X&5X Series.
