Got it straight from Japan, had to adjust the strap, you can save time by reading the instructions… but who does that. I wanted a fully mechanical watch and I got it! Simple elegant design just like the manual winding watch my dad bought me 50 years ago. This one has a date movement though. Very silent ticking but then I’m old and I may have lost some hearing. I’m able to read the time without my cheaters. Love the glass back, you can admire the movement and the intricate mechanism. I’m in awe by starting at all the gears and how someone put it together one piece at a time. Good solid metal and glass, weighty enough to know you have a fine piece of micro engineering on your wrist. Yes, it tells the time!

Awesome watch! Had to pull one link out but fits like a glove.

I have three other Seiko Dive Watches and this one is the nicest of the four. A bit more pricey than the other three but worth it. Just an aside I have a first cousin that was Vice President Of Marketing for Omega. I was always begging him to get me an Omega Seamaster and he told me; "Buy a Seiko, it's a better watch."
