Watch came in original packaging. No missing tags. Watch was brand new. Shipping service was fast. As far as watch goes it's feel premium and little bit heavier due to steel back case. Band is soft and premium.

From the time I ordered the watch to delivery was around seven days. I've had Amazon packages take longer to arrive. The watch was new and in excellent shape. I would gladly do business with Japan-Select again.

I purchased the watch from the UK, and after that, I read some of the reviews on the web; most were so disappointing. Well, my experience is 10/10. Excellent service; I asked for support about the tax duty and received a reply from Japan Select the day after. So the support is super, too! The DHL tracking and the payment tax duty are straightforward and fast. The JMD watch is fantastic, perfectly packaged with classic Japanese care. Thank you to Japan Select! Watch in very good quality upon arrival, there's even an English booklet that explains things clearly, they also gave a tool and instructions to adjust the length of the chain.
