Where has my order sent from?
All merchandise will be shipped from Japan directly.
When should my order arrive?
The merchandise which have been ordered will be shipped within 1~5 days except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays unless otherwise specified. It takes 2-20 business day for the delivery.
Pre-Orders are debited and invoiced the day of Order Placement. Shipment will be the day that the merchandise arrives.
Release dates are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to Release dates or pre-order windows advertised by us.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for any theft or loss after delivery to the designated location has been completed.
Do i have to pay import tax for the order?
Yes, import duties and VAT taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
