Perfect

This is my 1st Orient watch. I'd heard good things about them in regards to value for money and build quality. I wanted something different for my 1st Orient so this 75th anniversary solar chrono Mako that was JDM only fit the bill perfectly. Being limited to only 750 worldwide and actually made in Japan as opposed to Thailand for other 75th watches was also a key factor. Its a beautiful watch, perfect size for my average wrists and it only took a minute to resize, taking out 2 links. There was already charge in the watch but I left in the sun for the afternoon to get a good charge in, (the crown was pulled out to save power for delivery). The watch was well packaged, lots of bubble wrap to keep it safe. This is the ideal summer sports watch, it has the perfect colour and dial design, it's smart enough for most occasions and as we are having a good sunny summer in the UK it will be charged for many months to come.

Watch was just as described, brand new in box with papers. Shipping from Japan was fast and I was able to track it online. I would use Japan-select again for future JDM purchases.

It’s very comfortable to wear in spite of its large size due to weight and material. This is what Rolex used to be, a real tool watch. Reasonably priced so no need to worry about damage or theft. This does so much more than a luxury watch. If you care more about functionality than flexing fir strangers, the G-Shock is the way to go.

Design is beautiful and very subtle. The music box this comes is a very nice touch and it plays a sniplet of Senbonzakura when you open it and wind up the music box.
